The Fair was born from a simple conversation between a few exhibitors at a local Show. They recognised the need for a dedicated platform — one where beef breeds could be highlighted without competing for space or attention within a larger agricultural event. After a couple of productive meetings and strong industry enthusiasm, the NZ Autumn Beef Fair became a reality.
